'Judgment' - Another Jesus parable from the children's Course in Miracles

(Little Lamb's BIG BOOK, the first of two books that include workbook lessons, instructions for adults and fun projects -  (the second book is for the slightly older child,  "Help is on the Way"). Both are  recognized as the combined children's Course in Miracles and can be seen as you scroll down on the left side bar)

Lion was waiting for Little Lamb as he walked through the mist into the dream.

“How can I help you?” asked Little Lamb.
Lion looked sadly at Little Lamb and said, “All the animals come to me with their problems. They want me to decide who is right and who is wrong. They want me to punish the wrongdoer, but I am not sure I am doing the right thing.”
“Tell me about it,” said Little Lamb.
And so Lion told him about two baby possums. “They are always arguing,” said Lion.     “Their mother asked me to decide what to do.”
Little Lamb smiled at Lion and said, “We can never make decisions by ourselves. We can only ask our Father to help us find an answer. For in His goodness and mercy He will send the answer to every problem.”
Little Lamb and Lion closed their eyes and listened for their Father’s answer. In their hearts they heard these words.
“Listen carefully My children. justice is being fair. Only through love can everyone gain and no one lose. Leave all judgment to Me, for I love my children and loving completely and equally is the only judgment there can be.”
And so Little Lamb and Lion went to where the animals were waiting for them. Mother Possum was crying quietly. The baby possums waited near her.
Lion sat down on his rock and began, “You are here to ask my judgment on your problem. Both of you baby possums continue to fight and argue. Your mother is unhappy and you are unhappy. Let us solve this problem by asking our Father what to do.”
And so they all closed their eyes and asked their Father for help. Each one of them heard an answer in his heart.
Lion looked up and said, “My answer is to leave all judgment to our Father for His judgment is to love everyone equally. All must gain and none must lose. Punishment makes losers. Love creates winners.”
Mother Possum looked up and said, “my answer is to love both of my children equally and trust in their love for each other. For through their own love they will decide what to do.”
As the baby possums smiled at one another the large possum said, “My answer is to stop and ask our Father what to do whenever we start fighting.”
The smaller possum then said, “And when we listen to God’s answer He always shows us His love and then we want to share that love with each other. Who could stay angry when he is sharing love?” The two possums smiled at each other again.
Lion looked kindly at the possums and said, “We have asked our Father for help. And his judgment is to love equally and to trust in the sharing of that love. Go now and play. We have all learned our lessons well today.”
“Little Lamb,” cried Lion, “You must help me.”

As the possum family ran off into the forest, Little Lamb and Lion sat together happily.  In their hearts they could feel God’s love and wisdom, the only true judgment.
