Launched in 1977, Miracle Experiences and You Publishing began offering the dynamic works of Bette Jean Cundiff which she began writing as she traveled the world lecturing on “A Course in Miracles”, Yoga philosophies, and the spiritual psychology of healing relationships.
Thousands world-wide have heard her speak and have read her growing library of self-help books for young and old alike. Her 'Little Lamb Big Book' and 'Help is on the Way!' for the slightly older child, (formerly printed together as “The Children's Material”) have been recognized globally since 1979 as the children's versions of 'A Course in Miracles'. Now, each book includes the complete material in Spanish as well as the original English. (The lovely brush and ink animal artwork was done by the author)
"Side by Side - the Twelve Steps and A Course in Miracles" has been a best seller since its first printing and speaks to the large percentage of miracle students who are also part of Twelve Step programs. This book also includes a Spanish translation, enlarging the readership around the world. Following closely in success is the companion book, 'Hand in Hand - Recovery and Miracles', a compilation of lectures the author gave over a twenty year period throughout the United States, Canada and Australia. Chapters cover how the mind works, meditation exercises, as well as practical points on healing relationships.
Adding to this exciting list is, “Sacred Steps—Ancient Yoga and A Course in Miracles” which fulfills the needs and interests of those students of Eastern philosophies who are also miracle students. Sacred geometry and prayers, a complete seven month workbook of affirmations and healing exercises, an understanding of chakras and their relationship to the Holy Spirit are just a few of its many treasures.
And now, the very curriculum that launched so many miracle students into becoming teachers and leaders of miracle groups around the country is now in print as, “Instant Curriculum for A Course in Miracles”. Designed by the author (with her then partner, the late Paul Steinberg), and offered for more than twenty years, this Instant Curriculum offers discussion questions for each paragraph for the full “A Course in Miracles”, and includes ‘The Nutshell Dictionary’ for a quick reference of 80 easily misunderstood words in the ‘Course’. A must for anyone desiring to lead others through the study of ‘A Course in Miracles’ or for leaderless groups wanting truly helpful structure.
“Snapshots of Jesus through the Lens of History” offers a carefully researched, friendly, often humorous yet reverently honest look at the life of Jesus. If you ever wanted to understand Jesus and the life he lived as a Jew in a Roman occupied area two thousand years ago, this is the book you must have in your personal library.
Delicately poetic in nature is “The Jesus and Mary Diaries”, a short but powerful book that sees through the eyes of this mother and son. A lovely, grace filled, heart opening literary experience.
And just for the fun of it, the first in a mystery series for ‘tweens’, ‘Mystery at the Everything Exchange.’ After all, to quote ‘A Course in Miracles, “To heal is to make joyful”. What a wonderful gift for a child.
And to make Christmas a little more bright, “Packrat’s Christmas Surprise” in both English and Spanish is the author’s read-aloud gift for the whole family.
