Karma — Life’s
Original Health Club
From your
first breath in the delivery room your Personal Trainer is on your case
coaching you through the cross training of life. Sometimes like a drill sergeant and sometimes
like a nurturing mother, Karma leads you through sit-ups, iron pumping, and
laps, building stamina and strength for your Soul’s journey.
You
may think you have some control over your life experiences, but think
again! Your personal training program
was already designed way before you were born.
I know it seems unlikely but, yes, you had a willing part in its design.
However, on a day to day basis in this lifetime, mister, you gotta do what
you’re told!
Your
life is perfectly planned to include just the right combinations of challenges
and rewards to balance your inner growth process. You, your parents and siblings agreed to be
together because of the personality conflicts you offered each other, not in spite
of them. You are all a part of a karmic
group following each other, through lifetime after lifetime, constantly
reversing roles.
Each
of us carries around a karmic VISA card that is usually maxed out. And so each lifetime gives us another
opportunity to pay down our debt. In
fact, we have charged so much against humanity in the past that it is usually
impossible to pay down our karmic loan totally in one lifetime, and so our
karmic training program includes only just the right combinations of
relationships and experiences to focus on just a few parts of our debt.
For
some this may seem depressing. But for
others this perspective offers a reason for the seeming tragedies in the world,
and purpose to each person’s life - to help bring forgiveness, peace and
healing into each moment of each day.
This is the only payment necessary, and what a great way to give and
receive at the same time.
The
following Workbook is designed to guide you through your personal training
program smoothly and easily. The
Workbook offers a spiraling process for healing the issues around your body,
your relationships and your thought patterns.
You will spend seven weeks healing these three areas from the
perspective of the Root Portal of Power and then progress to the next seven
weeks focused on the Navel Portal of Power, the Solar Plexus Portal, and so on
until the issues attached to all seven Portals have been addressed. Thus the opportunity for dysfunctional habits
to be changed to healthy ones will be offered again and again. Simply remember to follow the directions and.

. .face each day with the enthusiasm of the health nut - and reap the rewards
of spiritual progress. For as you sprint
through life the runner’s high can be yours eternally!
Your Root Portal of Power
Week One
Opening to Divinity and Your body
Prayer of Protection, repeat daily for the next four weeks:
“I open to my Divine Self
and feel the love of God in me and around me.”
Remember
to meditate on all Seven Sacred Symbols each and every day.
These
are the powerful tools given to you to accelerate your Soul’s progress.

DAY ONE: Stand in front a full length mirror and
observe your front and back and affirm, “This is a sacred tool I must honor.”
DAY TWO: Look at and observe carefully one or both of
your hands for 3-5 minutes. What
miraculous insights do you gain? Write
them down if you wish.
DAY THREE: Observe the physical world around you, the
Earth’s body - her sky, her natural vegetation, her air that you breath. Give thanks to this lovely mother.
DAY FOUR: Ask yourself, “Where is God?” then list all the physical aspects of God’s
reflections that you can see.
DAY FIVE: Referring to the previous days’ list say
silently or out loud to each physical manifestation of Divinity you meet
(yourself, your meals, your home, Mother Earth), “Your Divinity blesses me.”
DAY SIX: Referring once more to your list, say to each
physical manifestation of Divinity you meet, “My Divinity blesses you.”
DAY SEVEN: Review all that you have experienced and
learned this week. Set aside an extra 14
minutes during the day to meditate on the Seven Sacred Symbols and open your
heart with gratitude to their healing power.
